Tyson Medical Foundation’s mission is to provide high quality medical care to the under and uninsured population and military veterans of the Imperial Valley. Providing compassion, high-quality services, and educating our patients to enhance their knowledge regarding their health for overall quality of life and improvement.
OUR VISION
In pursuit of our mission, we aspire to transform lives with accessible healthcare services. We currently have facilities in the cities of El Centro and Brawley looking to expand to Calexico, Calipatria and Calimesa to better serve the community of the Imperial Valley and beyond.
